Otter Homecare was born from my personal experience of suddenly becoming my father's primary caregiver after he suffered a stroke. This life-changing moment, combined with my 20 years of living and working in Asia, where I experienced the inherent respect and kindness for elders, inspired me to develop what we believe is a more empathetic, personalised approach to home care in Wiltshire and Somerset.
