The festive season is fast approaching, and while many look forward to the joy and warmth of family gatherings, there are those in our community who are struggling with loneliness. To bring a little holiday cheer to those who need it the most we are introducing an Otter Companionship Christmas campaign!
Throughout November and December 2023 we are making our Care Professionals available for free 2-hour visits to those who need a little extra support during this time. Whether it's a friendly chat over coffee, a trip to the shops to help buy gifts, help wrapping presents, writing Christmas cards or simply sharing a few cherished moments at home, our team is ready.
Nominate a Loved One or Neighbour
Do you know someone who could benefit from a little extra companionship this Christmas? Maybe it's a neighbour, a relative, or even yourself. Let us know! We're inviting the Wiltshire and Somerset community to nominate individuals who would appreciate a visit from our caring team who are all experienced carers and are DBS and reference checked.
How It Works
Nominate: Fill out our simple online form or call us on 01225 690022 with the details of the person you believe could use some companionship.
Consent is Key: Before we make any visit, its important to ensure that the nominated individual is informed and consents to our visit.
Our Visit: Our team will coordinate and schedule visits, making every effort to accommodate as many as we can based on demand and availability.
