Jamie

Managing Director

Jamie, along with his wife, Bowling, is the founder of Otter Homecare. Jamie's passion for care came as a result of his experience as the main carer for his father who suffered a stroke. The experience of caring for his father and helping manage teams of other support carers led him to see the immense impact good, person centered care can make to an individual. To further build his knowledge and skills in care, Jamie is undertaking a Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care. Before starting Otter Homecare Jamie co-founded two other food and beverage companies in Thailand, which was his home during his 20's and 30's. Jamie is passionate about incorporating the latest technology and innovations from around the world to improve outcomes for individuals who require care.

Bowling

Director

Bowling Rowland Jones brings a unique blend of experience to Otter Homecare. After spending 15 years in Thailand's F&B sector, where she co-founded two businesses and specialised in R&D and regulatory affairs, Bowling has returned to Wiltshire with her husband, Jamie. Drawing from her hands-on experience in starting and managing businesses in the highly regulated baby food sector, Bowling now helps Jamie to run Otter Homecare, ensuring the organisation sticks to its mission to consistently exceed expectations by delivering the highest quality home care across Somerset and Wiltshire.
